I sweat like a pig with this crazy morning workout after eating like a pig for 2 weeks straight during my vacation 🐷🐽🍽

Starting with a Warm Up
1⃣ Inch Worm Up Dog
2⃣ Air Squat
3⃣ Single Leg Deadlift
⚡20 reps each⚡

Workout
1⃣ Jump Squats
2⃣ No Push Up Burpees
3⃣ Fast Mountain Climbers
⚡60 reps each ⚡

I DIED with my eyes covered in sweat and couldn’t see properly towards the end👀 💦☠😂
